Nailing strips are used to screw/anchor pads
to the wall. Usually a locally purchased piece
of wood trim is added to cover the screws.
Pads without nailing strips attach to the wall
using Z-Clips (sold below) and provide a
cleaner, more professional look without the
need for wood trim.

CONSTRUCTION
GREENGUARD™ certi昀椀ed
Screened for more than 10,000 chemicals,
are phthalate-free, and meet strict chemical
emissions standards.
DuraSafe pads are comprised of 2" thick polyethylene foam bonded
to 7/16" oriented strand wood board to provide a quality feel and a
great look that will stand up to heavy use.
VINYL
The entire face of the panel, including the 1" nailing margins, are
upholstered in heavy 19 oz. Vinyl-coated polyester fabric. Vinyl is
昀椀re-resistant and lead and phthalate free. It has 100 psi high tensile
strength yet retains a soft feel on its leather-like embossed 昀椀nish.

Z-CLIP WALL ATTACHMENT
for REMOVABLE WALL PADS
An attractive, convenient alternative to permanently attaching wall pads
that will provide your facility with a smooth and neat appearance. The
Z-Clip is an attachment method that will securely lock the wall panels
in place using "Z" type clips. Allows worn or vandalized pads to be
removed for repair or replacement by simply lifting the panel upward
or removing the top trim channel.

MOLDED INSERT
The neat, clean appearance of the molded inserts makes them an
ideal option when cutouts are required for electrical outlets and
switches. Inserts 昀椀t through 昀椀eld cutouts and are stapled in place
on the backside of the pad. Inserts accommodate pad thickness
of 2-7/16". Available in two sizes to 昀椀t single and double-gang
electrical boxes. Inserts are molded in 昀氀ame-retardant rubber.
WALL ATTACHMENT Z-CLIP: each pre-drilled piece
is 6' long and attaches to the wall. Order enough
to cover twice the width because one piece runs
the full width on the top and another piece runs
the full width on the bottom.
PANEL ATTACHMENT Z-CLIP: each pre-drilled
piece is 1'-10" long, and attaches to the back
of the panel. Order 2 for each panel.
