These soft folding mats are made of double-layered foam; a 1/2"
昀椀rm polyethylene foam bottom with 11/2" soft polyurethane foam
top. Meets ASTM F2440 standards. The new, thicker 16 oz. vinyl
cover is 昀氀ame resistant & mildew proof and is constructed in a
way that it is stronger than standard 18 oz. vinyl. The mats are
lightweight and fold into 2' panels for easy storage and handling.

Instructor mats are an excellent choice for Physical Education classes from elementary through college. These doublelayered mats combine the best features of a 昀椀rm ethafoam with a layer of soft urethane foam. The resulting 2-layer mat is
soft enough for beginners and 昀椀rm enough to prevent bottoming. The 昀氀ame resistant, mildew-proof cover is constructed
of extra-strong nylon reinforced vinyl. Double-stitched nylon inside seams are smooth, with no edges sticking out to injure
students. Each mat folds in 2' sections for compact storage. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Not designed for dismounts
from apparatus. Available in two grades:
