Guarantee: Each product we sell includes a 1 year guarantee. If something doesn’t perform as expected, we’ll replace it, refund
your money or o昀昀er you a store credit. For most defective products, we will send a call tag to your location to have the item picked
up by UPS/FedEx.
Returns: If there is a problem with your order, we will take care of it. We usually send a call tag for equipment that is damaged
or defective. Please contact customer service for directions. For fastest service, please have a copy of your packing list or invoice
available.
Prices: The prices in this catalog are intended to be good for one year, however, prices are subject to change. The tari昀昀s that
began in 2025 continue to cause some of our manufacturers, especially those using a lot of steel, aluminum or foam to raise our
prices. If our costs rise more than we can absorb, we may have to raise prices in this catalog. Should that happen, we will attempt

Sales Tax: A ruling by the US Supreme Court (South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc.) Introduced signi昀椀cant changes to the way companies handle state and local sales tax. As a result, you may be subject to State AND Local Sales tax if your State is listed on our
order form. Exemptions still exist for tax exempt customers. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Credit Policy: Credit is normally extended to public schools, public institutions, government agencies, churches and credit worthy past customers. All others, please include check, Master Card, Visa, American Express or Discover information with your order.
Bids: On the top of our website is a handy tool called “Request a Quote”. Simply complete this quick and easy form and we'll

Shipping Charges:
l 16% of your Subtotal with a $10 minimum.
(Contiguous U.S. only, Exceptions apply, see note below)
Inside delivery, lift gate service, and shipping outside the contiguous U.S.
are all available for an additional charge. Please contact customer Service.
Note: Our free shipping o昀昀er does not include products with item numbers beginning with “OS” or “FT”. The OS stands for Over-Size. The FT
stands for Freight and these large/heavy items must ship in a semi trailer.
Shipping on OS items is 16%. Estimate 18%, plus $75 shipping on each
FT item and if it ends up being more, we will contact you with a quote prior
to shipping for your approval.
Delivery times: Once your order leaves our warehouse, please refer
to the chart listed to the right to estimate when your package will arrive. The chart
is for UPS and Fed-Ex Ground service and does not cover items that are shipped freight.
Please note that frequent delays by FedEx and UPS are increasing delivery time.
