Returns: Please contact customer service. For simple returns, we can send you a return label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund. To make a
simple exchange, please mail back the product to us at your expense and we'll make the exchange and ship it to you free of additional shipping charges. For Defective equipment, we usually send a call tag to pick up the product from a commercial location and usually there is no charge for this. Items that shipped motor
freight will be handled on a case by case basis.
Duplicate Orders: Con昀椀rming orders not clearly marked as such may be duplicated, in which case you may be responsible for the shipping charges back to our
warehouse.
Prices: Our goal is to maintain prices for the entire year this catalog is good for but sometimes manufacturers raise prices in the middle of the year to the point we
can't absorb them. If you place an order with us and prices have risen, we will attempt to get your approval for any order with a total price increase of $20 or more.
