These soft plyoboxes are
designed to be less intimidating than steel
boxes for the developing athlete.
Standard 28" x
28" base with 5
di昀昀erent heights available.
The 3" high box is built with 2.2 lb. density polyethylene
foam, (all other sizes with 1.8 lb.) which provides
stability, shock attenuation, and performance. Boxes
are secured for stacking with industrial strength
Velcro and have a durable vinyl cover. All boxes are
less than 28 lbs. and have two reinforced handles
for portability.
This multi-surface, variable-weight sprint trainer improves 40-yard
dash times, overall speed, and explosiveness! Boost acceleration and
stride length while strengthening lower-body muscle groups. Includes
3 durable weight bags (昀椀ller not included). Each weight bag can be
昀椀lled with up to 10 lbs. of sand for a total of 30
pounds. Varying the weight
allows you to customize
workout intensity.
Leash length is adjustable
to accommodate athletes of

welded tubular steel. The landing surface
is 3/4" plywood covered with a 1/8"
non-skid rubber slip-resistant pad. Legs

which includes 1 of each size.
